超级电容器储能系统在风电场中的应用研究

         

摘要

The grid is affected by the fluctuation of wind farm output power significantly.Several chemical battery storage systems are used to restrain wind power fluctuations,which can not achieve the desired results.Consequently,a new energy storage device EDLC(electric double layer capacitor) can complete charge and discharge through large power in a very short time that is adopted by this paper to solve the short-term fluctuation.Through the operational characteristics analysis of actual wind farm and wind turbine,the specific installation location of EDLC energy was determined.The active and reactive power decoupling control strategy is adopted to control the wind farm output active and reactive power fluctuations and stabilize wind farm output bus voltage.The operation simulation of storage system was done by the software DigSILENT/PowerFactory,which show that the energy storage system can achieve effective operational characteristics and meet practice applications.%针对并网风电场输出功率随机波动引起的电网频率振荡、电压波动与闪变,对超级电容器储能系统抑制并网风电场输出功率随机波动进行了研究。根据实际风电场和风电机组运行特点分析并确定超级电容器储能系统的具体安装地点;结合有功功率和无功功率解耦控制,设计了抑制风电场输出有功功率和无功功率的波动的超级电容器储能系统控制策略。最后以某实际风电场为算例在Digsi-lent/PowerFactory中进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明超级电容器储能系统可有效抑制并网风电场输出功率波动,对改善含并网风电场的地区电网具有一定的借鉴意义。
