不同株型玉米叶片净光合速率差异研究

         

摘要

采用大田试验研究了平展型玉米(农大364)和紧凑型玉米(郑单958)不同叶位叶片的净光合速率差异.结果表明,①比较植株净光合速率的变化及差异时,应选取植株上不同部位的代表性叶片,取其光合速率的平均值,以减少误差.②两种株型玉米最大净光合速率均表现为穗位叶>第10叶>第6叶>第22叶>第3叶,给予中下部叶片良好的光照条件可促进单株产量的提高.③两种株型玉米相同叶位叶片的最大净光合速率不存在显著差异,同一叶位叶片间净光合速率的株型间差异主要存在于叶片生育后期,且第10叶以上差异显著.④郑单958第10叶以上叶片的净光合速率低于农大364.且生育后期下降幅度较大,提高第10叶位以上叶片的光能利用能力将可能有利于郑单958的生长发育.%Differences of net photosynthetic rate of leaf at different positions in maize of loosely type (Nongda364) and compact type (Zhengdan958) were studied in field experiment. The results were as follows: ① In comparison of net photosynthetic rate of corn, it could reduce error by choosing the average net photosynthetic rate of different leaf positions. ② The maximum net photosynthetic rate of different plant types of corn showed ear leaf>the 10th leaf>the 6th leaf>the 22th leaf>the 3rd leaf, providing better condition of light will be helpful to increase the yeild of maize. ③ There was not significant difference in the maximum net photosynthetic rate at the same leaf among different corn types, the difference of net photosynthetic rate of the same leaf position among different corn types, found chiefly in later development period of leaves, and there was significant difference in leaves above the 10th leaf position.④ Net photosynthetic rate of leaves above the 10th leaf position in Zhengdan958 were lower than Nongda364 and declined by a large margin in later development period, improving the ability of solar energy utilization would be beneficial development of Zhengdan958.
