沙棘叶粉对AA肉鸡生产性能和钙代谢的影响

         

摘要

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of sea buckthorn leaves as feed additives on growth performance and calcium metabolism of Arbor Acres broilers. A total of 240 1-day-old healthy male Arbor Acre broilers were randomly used for 4 groups, each group with six replicates, and each replicate with ten AA broilers. The four groups were basal diet, basal diet supplemented with 0.25%, 0.5% and 1% sea buckthorn leaves, respectively. The experiment was conducted for 49 d. The results showed that ADFI was significantly increased by 0.5% sea buckthom leaves(P<0.05) and F/G was significantly decreased by 15.17% compared to control(P<0.05). The concentration of BGP, ALP and 1, 25-(OH)2D3 in serum was increased significantly by 1% sea buckthom leaves compared to control (P<0.05). The digestibility of calcium was not significantly affected by sea buckthom leaves at any dose (P>0.05). But AA broilers fed supplemental 1% sea buckthorn leaves had significantly increased the digestibility of phosphorous by 64% (P<0.05). Tibia calcium, tibia phosphorus, bone ash and bone density were not significantly affected by sea buckthorn leaves (P>0.05). However, tibia phosphorus and bone density showed increasing trend with the increase of the sea buckthorn leave dose(P=0.0345; P=0.0123). In total, 0.5% sea buckthorn leaves was beneficial to the growth performance in AA broilers. 1% sea buckthorn leaves improved absorption of the calcium and phosphorous and deposition of calcium. Therefore, sea buckthorn leaves is one of potent phyto-additives to prevent AA broiler thigh disease.%为了检测沙棘叶粉作为一种饲料添加剂对爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡生产性能和钙代谢的作用效果,试验选择健康的1日龄AA肉仔鸡公雏240只.按体重相近的原则,随机分成4组:对照组(玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮)、基础饲粮+0.25%沙棘叶粉组、基础饲粮+0.5%沙棘叶粉组、基础饲粮+1%沙棘叶粉组.每组6个重复,每个重复10只.饲养试验共进行7周.结果表明,添加0.5%的沙棘叶粉组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比与对照组相比显著降低了15.17%(P<0.05).添加1%沙棘叶粉可显著提高血清中骨钙素和碱性磷酸酶及活性维生素D,的含量(P<0.05).添加1%的沙棘叶粉使磷的代谢率显著提高了64.04%(P<0.05).添加沙棘叶粉对胫骨钙磷的含量、灰分和骨密度影响均不显著(P>0.05),但随着添加沙棘叶粉剂量的增加,胫骨磷的含量以及骨密度呈显著的一次曲线上升趋势(P=0.0345;P=0.0123).试验结果提示,添加0.5%的沙棘叶粉利于AA肉鸡生产性能的发挥,添加1%的沙棘叶粉在一定程度上利于钙磷的吸收和骨钙的沉积.所以,沙棘叶粉作为一种预防肉鸡腿病的功能性饲料添加剂具有很大的研发潜力.
