东北地区不同饲料原料中霉菌毒素含量的测定

摘要

采用酶联免疫吸附法测定东北地区饲料原料中6种霉菌毒素(黄曲霉毒素B1、玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素、伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素A、T-2毒素)含量,了解东北地区饲料原料中霉菌毒素污染情况.采集黑龙江、吉林地区玉米(60份)、DDGS(12份)、玉米蛋白粉(10份)、玉米胚芽粕(8份)、玉米蛋白饲料(11份)、饼粕类(15份)等饲料原料共116份,进行6种霉菌毒素测定.结果表明,样品中6种霉菌毒素污染情况较普遍,特别是玉米副产品(DDGS、玉米蛋白粉、玉米蛋白饲料)中霉菌毒素污染较严重,其中玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素和伏马毒素含量高,超标率高.%Six kinds of mycotoxins (Aflatoxins B1,Zearalenone,Deoxynivalenol,Fumonisins,Ochratoxin A,T-2 toxin) contents in feedstuffs were determined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in the study for knowing the mycotoxins contamination situation in feeds in Northeastern China.One hundred and sixteen feedstuffs which were com (sixty),distillers dried grains with soluble (twelve),com gluten meal (ten),com germ meal (eight),maize gluten feed (eleven) and some kinds of meal (fifteen) were collected from Heilongjiang and Jilin areas,and six kinds of mycotoxins were determined.The results indicated that the contamination of mycotoxins was common in samples,especially in corn byproducts (DDGS,com gluten meal,maize gluten feed).The contents of Zearalenone,Deoxynivalenol and Fumonisins exceeded the limit standards and were higher than other mycotoxins.
