提高心率变异性异常者自控力的实用性研究

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the effective training method for the improving of self-control ability.Methods:From July 2014 to June 2016 a total of 200 patients diagnosed as abnormal heart rate variability (HRV) by dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) without organic disease were performed to investigate the stress,depression and self-control ability.In the experimental group,100 cases were treated with individualized self-control training method,and the other 100 cases as control group were given routine guidance.The patients'HRV and self-control ability were re-checked after six months to 1 year's treatment.The "lifestyle questionnaire" scores of training effects were used for the statistical analysis.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before training (P>0.05).In the control group,a total of 75 patients were finally used for analysis one year later,comparison of before and after a certain degree of improvement had no statistical significance between before and after training in the control group (P>0.05).In the experimental group,16 cases gave up while the other 84 cases were suitable for the training and adopted a healthy lifestyle.The "lifestyle questionnaire" score was significantly higher after training compared with before training (P<0.05).Conclusion:The training method for the improving of self-control ability can improve the efficacy of non-organic HRV patients,which is worthy of clinical application.Self-control training can also be promoted to sub-healthy and healthy people without contraindication.%目的:探讨提高自控力的个体化有效训练方法.方法:选取2014年7月至2016年6月行动态心电图检查(dynamic electrocardiogram,DCG)有心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)异常的非器质性疾病检查者200例,进行压力、抑郁、自控力调查.试验组100例进行个性化自控力训练方法,另100例作为对照组给予常规指导.半年至1年后复查HRV、自控力,同时对训练效果以"生活方式执行情况调查表"进行统计分析.结果:训练前两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组1年后回访到75例,自控力前后比较有一定程度改善,但无统计学意义(P>0.05).试验组100例16例放弃,余84例均能坚持训练和采取健康生活方式,HRV和自控力前后比较有非常显著差异(P<0.05).结论:提高自控力的个体化有效训练,可改善非器质性的HRV患者疗效,值得临床推广应用.自控力训练还可推广到无禁忌的疾病者、亚健康和健康人群.
