老年高血压患者轻度认知功能障碍与血压参数的相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the mild cognitive impairment and parameters of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods:Totally 120 elderly hypertensive patients were included as the observation group,and another 145 healthy subjects were recruited as the control group. The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was carried out,and the cognitive function of patients was evaluated by using mini-mental state examination (MMSE). Results:The proportion of patients with mild cogni-tive impairment in the observation group was higher than that of control group (P＜0. 05). The prevalence of mild cognitive impairment increased with the higher severity of blood pressure and lower score of MMSE. The mild cognitive impairment was associated with low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and 2 h oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT 2 h). Conclusion:The mild cognitive impairment is potentially associated with the grade of hypertension,levels of LDL-C and OGTT 2 h in elderly hypertensive patients.%目的:探讨老年高血压患者认知功能障碍与血压参数的相关性研究.方法: 选取120例老年高血压患者为观察组,选取老年健康人群145名为对照组,对两组进行动态血压监测,并采用简易中文版智能量表(MMSE)评定其认知功能.结果: 观察组轻度认知障碍患者比例显著高于对照组(P＜0. 05);高血压分级越高,MMSE得分越低,轻度认知功能障碍患病率越高;轻度认知功能障碍与低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验2 h血糖(OGTT 2 h)等危险因素密切相关.结论:老年人认知障碍与高血压分级、LDL-C、OGTT 2 h血糖等危险因素相关.
