不同性别急性非创伤性胸痛患者的临床研究

摘要

目的:探讨不同性别急性非创伤性胸痛患者的临床特点和发病机制.方法: 选取525例急性非创伤性胸痛患者为研究对象,根据性别分成两个组,男性组281例,女性组244例,比较两组患者基本资料、临床特点和发病机制.结果: 两组患者年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05);两组患者高血压、高血脂、糖尿病病史比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05);两组患者疼痛诱因、疼痛性质、疼痛时间、合并并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05);两组患者心电图、超声心动图观察ST-T段改变和左心室功能等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05).两组患者急性非创伤性胸痛均以心源性胸痛为主,男性31~82岁均发生率较高,而女性主要发生在71~82岁.结论: 不同性别的急性非创伤性胸痛患者均以心源性胸痛为主,不同年龄段发病机制各不相同,在临床诊治过程中应根据疾病特点准确制定治疗方案,使高危患者能够得到及时救治.%Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of acute non-traumatic chest pain in different gen-ders. Methods:525 cases of acute non-traumatic chest pain patients in this study,divided into two groups according to gender,male group of 281 cases,244 cases of female group,the basic data,clinical features and pathogenesis were compared in two groups. Results:There were significant differences in age, smoking history and drinking history between the two groups (P＜0. 05). There were no sig-nificant differences in high blood pressure,high cholesterol and the history of diabetes (P＞0. 05). Compared the pain incentives,the nature of pain,pain time and the complication,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Compared the electrocardio-gram,echocardiography ST-T segment changes,left ventricular function and other indicators,the differences were not statistically signifi-cant (P＞0. 05). Two groups of patients with acute non-traumatic cardiac chest pain were mainly cardiogenic chest pain,men had a higher incidence of 31~82 years old,while women mainly occurred at 71~82 years old. Conclusion:Acute non-traumatic chest pain in patients with different sex-cardiac chest pain are the main pathogenesis of different ages vary,clinical diagnosis and treatment process should be accurate treatment plan based on the characteristics of the disease,so that high-risk patients can receive treatment timely.
