目的：探讨两种胆囊切除术在老年胆囊结石中的应用分析.方法：选择胆囊结石的老年患者46例，随机分观察组与对照组各23例，观察组采用小切口胆囊切除术，对照组给予传统胆囊切除术.观察两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后抗生素应用时间、术后住院时间的情况.结果：观察组的术中平均出血量较对照组少(P<0.05)；观察组术后抗生素应用时间、术后住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)；两组手术时间无明显差异(P>0.05).结论：两种方法治疗胆囊结石均有效，小切口治疗具有出血量减少、并发症降低、住院时间缩短等优点.% Objective:To explore two cholecystectomy in aged gallbladder calculi analysis. Methods: the gallbladder stones in elderly patients 46 cases, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 23 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with minor incision cholecystectomy, the control group was given conventional cholecystectomy. Observation of two groups of patients with bleeding in the operation,operation time, postoperative antibiotic application time, postoperative hospital stay. Results:the observation group with average output less than in the control group (P<0.05);postoperative antibiotic application time, postoperative hospital stay were less than that in the control group (P<0.05);two groups of operation time had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: the two methods in the treatment of gallbladder stones are valid, and small incision in the treatment of hemorrhage decreased complications, shorter hospital stay, reduced.
