高效液相色谱法测定吉美拉西含量及有关物质

         

摘要

Objective:To develop a HPLC method of determinating of venlafaxine hydrochloride and its related substances. Methods:The determination was carried out on a C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-water- phosphoric acid (20∶80∶0.05)with flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1 and the column temperature was 30℃. The detection wave-length was 220nm. Results: There was a good linearity over the range of 4.02~201.20μg·mL-1 with a coefficient of correlation(r)0.9997(n=8). Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate, it can be used as a method of quality control.%  目的:建立吉美拉西含量HPLC及有关物质的测定方法.方法:以C18柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(20∶80∶0.05)为流动相,流量为1.0ml·min-1,柱温30℃.检测波长为220nm.结果:在浓度为4.02~201.20μg·mL-1范围内,本法线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997(n=8).结论:该方法简单,准确,可以作为吉美拉西含量和有关物质的测定方法.
