情景模拟查房在急诊护理教学中的效果分析

         

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the effect of the scenario simulation-base rounds in acute-care teaching.Methods:96 nursing interns were divided into observation group (48 interns), who underwent the training of scenario simulation rounds, and the control group (48 interns) who received traditional method of nurse teaching rounds. We evaluated the teaching effectiveness in the end of the course. Results:The evaluation result of observation group who got the training of scenario simulation-base rounds was dramatically better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Moreover, 95.8% of the interms in the observation group considered that scenario simulation rounds effectively developed their abilities of using knowledge rationally. Conclusion:The training of acute-care using scenario simulation-base rounds remarkably improved the inturns’ abilities of communication skills and clinical practice, as well as solving the problem of disjunction between teaching and clinical care.%目的:探讨情景模拟查房法在急诊护理教学中的应用效果。方法:将96名护理实习生分为观察组(48名)和对照组(48名),对照组采用传统教学查房法,观察组采用情景模拟查房法,课程结束后评价教学效果。结果:观察组学生考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组95.8%的学生认为情景模拟查房提高了自己知识合理运用的能力。结论:采用情景模拟查房进行急救护理技能培训有利于学生沟通能力、临床实际应对能力的培养,并解决了教学与临床实际脱节的问题。
