HC2-HPV检测与TCT检查在宫颈疾病筛查中的应用及结果分析

摘要

Objective:Explore HC2-HPV detection and the TCT inspection applications in cervical disease screening value.Methods:Cervicitis patients to our hospital 200 cases of gynecological inpatient TCT examination and abnormal TCT inspection results patients line HC2-HPV DNA detection.Results:200 patients TCT abnormal results in 20 patients(10%), which ASC-US 7 patients(35%), LSIL 8 cases (40%), H SIL 5 patients (25%). 20 cases of abnormal TCT examination HC2 - the H PV DNA detection Yang 12 cases, the positive rate of 60%; HC2-HPV DNA positive rate were: ASC - US33.3%(3/9), LSIL 50.0%(4/8), HSIL83.3%(5/6), the positive temperature increased rate of cervical lesions level.Conclusions: HC2-HPV detection and TCT check cervical disease screening applications has tremendous value.%　　目的：探讨HC2-HPV检测与TCT检查在宫颈疾病筛查中应用的价值.方法：对我院妇科住院病人200例宫颈炎患者进行TCT检查,并对其中TCT检查结果异常的患者行HC2-HPV DNA检测.结果：200例患者TCT检查结果异常者20例(10%),其中,ASC-US 7例(35%),LSIL 8例(40%),HSIL 5例(25%).20例TCT检查异常者HC2-HPV DNA检测阳12例,阳性率60%；HC2-HPV DNA阳性率分别为：ASC-US 33.3%(3/9),LSIL 50.0%(4/8),HSIL 83.3%(5/6),阳性率随宫颈病变级别升高而升高.结论：HC2-HPV检测与TCT检查在宫颈病筛查中的应用具有巨大的价值.
