摘要

Objective:To improve the TLC identification of fluocinolone acetonide in borreol camphor euclyptus oil and fluocinonide patches. Methods:Through the improvement of extraction method, the feasibility of experimental method was evaluated by TLC, based on fluocinolone acetonide . Results:The improved method was specific and accurate. Conclusion:This method can provide a reference for the revision of quality standard.%目的：改进冰樟桉氟轻松贴膏中醋酸氟轻松薄层色谱的鉴别方法。方法：以醋酸氟轻松对照品为对照，通过改进提取方法，以薄层色谱考察实验方法的可行性。结果：改进后的方法专属、准确。结论：该方法可为标准修订提供参考。
