HPLC法测定冰樟桉氟轻松贴膏中醋酸氟轻松的含量

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for content determination of Fluocinonide in Borreol Camphor Eucalyptus Oil by HPLC.METHODS The experimental condition of the RP-HPLC method was as follows:DI-ONEX Acclaim 120 C18 (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),with linear gradient elution using methanol and acetonitrile and water(45∶10∶45),The detected wavelength was 240nm,The flow rate was 1.0mL・ min -1,The column temperature was at 30℃.RESULTS The Fluocinolone curve was linear in the range of 0.05~0.5μg( r=0.9999 ).The aver-age recovery rate was 98.17%with RSD of 0.67%.CONCLUSION The method is simple ,reliable ,accurate and could be used in the determination of Fluocinonide in Borreol Camphor Eucalyptus Oil .%目的：建立冰樟桉氟轻松贴膏中醋酸氟轻松含量的HPLC 测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，使用 DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18（250mm ×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇－乙腈－水（45∶10∶45）作为流动相，检测波长240nm，流速1．0mL・ min －1，柱温为30℃。结果醋酸氟轻松在0．05～0．5μg范围内线性较好（r＝0．9999），平均回收率为98．17％（RSD为0．67％）。结论该方法快速、简便、可靠、准确度高、重复性好，处方中其他成分对测定亦无干扰，分离效果好，可用于冰樟桉氟轻松贴膏中醋酸氟轻松含量测定。
