腹腔镜胆总管切开取石治疗肝内外胆管结石疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察应用腹腔镜进行胆总管切开取石治疗肝内外胆管结石的临床效果。方法：筛选我院收治的肝内外胆管结石患者70例作为研究对象。随机分为观察组与对照组，每组患者35例。观察组行腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术，对照组行常规开腹手术取石。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血情况、住院时间，并统计治疗的总有效率。结果：观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间较对照组差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：针对治疗肝内外胆管结石，行腹腔镜下胆总管切开术对患者的损伤较小，可有效减少手术用时，术中出血量较少，住院时间、康复周期明显缩短，治疗效果满意，具有临床推广价值。%Objective:To inv estigate the treatment of laparoscopic choledocholithotomy to cure bile duct stones. Methods: 70 cases with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones were as research subjects in our hospital. All cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 patients in each group. Patients of observation group were treated with laparoscopic choledocholithotomy, and patients of control group were treated with conventional surgery. We analyze operative time, blood loss and hospital stay of two groups and count the total efficiency. Result: There is significant advantage of observation group in operative time, blood loss, hospital stay and total efficiency (P<0.05). The results were statistically significant. Conclusion: For the treatment of patients with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, laparoscopic choledocholithotomy can effectively reduce the patient's injury, surgical time, blood loss, hospital stay and recovery period. There is a satisfactory result and clinical value of this therapy.
