温胆汤合四君子汤治疗胸痹58例的临床观察

摘要

The ancients called chest coronary heart disease, is a common disease in clinical in old people, according to the“Jingui chamber” on the chest, that theYang Deficiency on, phlegm and Yin evil headed interference cost disease. With the progress of society, people's diet and lifestyle changes that lead to disease,clinical chest with spleen qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis much see, I follow the teacher Li Jie treatment more chest pain patients, Wendan Decoction and Four Gentlemen Decoction in the treatment of chest pain in 58 cases, a satisfactory clinical effect.%古人将冠心病称为胸痹，为临床中老年人常见疾病，根据《金贵要略》论胸痹，认为阳气虚于上，痰湿等阴邪乘虚干扰而成本病。随着社会的进步，人们饮食及生活习惯的改变发现，临床导致胸痹的病机以脾气亏虚、痰瘀互结多见。笔者跟随导师李洁诊疗多名胸痹患者，运用温胆汤合四君子汤加减治疗胸痹58例，临床效果较满意。
