临床药师参与治疗严重高钾血症的药学实践体会

摘要

Objective:By clinical pharmacists involved throughout the process of one case of drug treatment for severe high potassium, and to explore the role of clinical pharmacists play in clinical treatment. Methods:By participating in one case of severe high potassium therapy, to investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in cardiovascular clinical professional can play for clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care and improve the efficacy of drug treatment to provide reference. Results:The results of clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical drug therapy can help physicians more standardized, reasonable and improve the therapeutic effect and reduce mortality. Conclusions:This case can be directly reflect the role played by clinical pharmacists in clinical and necessity of participation in clinical drug treatment.%目的：探讨临床药师在临床治疗严重高钾血症中发挥的作用。方法：通过参与1例严重高血钾的药物治疗，探讨心血管专业临床药师在临床上可以发挥的作用，为临床药师提高药学监护水平和药物疗效提供参考。结果：临床药师参与临床治疗可以帮助医师用药更规范、合理，提高治疗效果，降低病死率。结论：临床药师在临床发挥作用和参与临床药物治疗有必要性。
