复方甘草酸苷致假性醛固酮增多症的防范与措施

摘要

By the observation and analysis of seven pseudo-aldosteronism patients induced by compound glycyrrhizin,learned that hypokalemia is mainly displays of pseudo aldosteronism.Positive interventions can effectively prevent the occurrence of pseudo-aldosteronism on clinical using of compound glycyrrhizin.%通过对7例复方甘草酸苷致假性醛固酮增多症的观察分析，了解到低血钾是假性醛固酮增多症的主要表现。在临床使用复方甘草酸苷时，采取积极的干预措施能有效避免假性醛固酮增多症。
