更昔洛韦与丙种球蛋白治疗小儿病毒性脑炎疗效观察分析

摘要

目的:观察更昔洛韦治疗病毒性脑炎患儿的实际效果.方法:选取2013年1月~2014年12月我院收治的病毒性脑炎患儿50例,随机分成两组,每组25例,实验组给予更昔洛韦治疗,对照组采用丙种球蛋白治疗,比较两组治疗效果. 结果:实验组惊厥、头痛、发热、意识障碍、精神症状缓解时间分别为(2.41±1.02)d、(2.53±1.03)d、(3.74±1.21)d、(4.12±1.32)d、(4.23±1.32)d,实验组脑炎治疗有效率为92.0%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:更昔洛韦治疗病毒性脑炎患儿,效果满意,值得推广应用.%Objective: To observe more yesterday galloway actual effect for the treatment of children with viral encephalitis. Conclusion:Ganciclovir in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis, respectively.there effect is satisfactory, is worthy of promotion and application.
