供给侧结构性改革背景下我国房地产市场土地储备制度改革研究

         

摘要

随着近几年我国GDP增速不断放缓,经济运行呈现出不同于以往的态势和特点,尤其是房地产市场.我国房地产市场当前严重过剩,去库存压力巨大.在供给侧结构性改革背景下,笔者研究了我国现行的土地储备和供应制度,以及对房地产行业的影响.在分析我国房地产市场土地储备现存问题的基础上,从加快过剩产能化解、优化资源配置、降低成本、化解房地产库存等几方面对我国房地产市场土地储备制度转型提出对策和建议.%With the slowdown in China's GDP growth in recent years, the economic operation is different from the previous situation and characteristics, especially the real estate market.Currently, China's real estate market is facing serious oversupply and inventory pressure.Under the supply-side structural reform background, this paper studies the current land reserve and supply system and its influence to the real estate industry.Based on the existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as reducing the excess capacity, optimizing allocation of resources, reduce costs.
