On the basis of expounding the connotation of supply-side structural reform in real estate market, this paper analyzes the stock situation of the real estate market in Linyi and put forward the basic ideas about the reform, such as resolving the stock, optimizing the structure, and establishing the long-term mechanism. The main path of supply-side structural reform of the real estate market is analyzed from two levels of government and enterprises. The government should plan rationally and arrange the land use in accordance with functional zoning. Refining policies should be adopted to guide the transformation of commercial real estate. For real estate enterprises, the key path is to diversify marketing strategies, and make innovation in management models and product.
