高速列车齿轮箱内部流场数值分析

         

摘要

For the gearbox of the high-speed train, this research established a theoretical calculation model of gearbox internal flow field. The fluid simulation software FLUENT is used in the numerical simulation of theoretical model in order to obtain variation regularity of the gearbox internal flow field; three-dimension model of the gearbox internal flow field is built with DM module in ANSYS. The simulation of gear rotation in gearbox is performed by loading UDF (User Defined Functions); dynamic mesh technology, standard turbulent model, standard wall functions and volume of fluid two phase model are applied in the simulation of one mode gearbox internal flow field. The result shows that when the gear teeth are in the engagement moment, the fluid inside the box is squeezed, which makes the pressure increasing, and from the moment of engagement, when the volume near the gear teeth increases, the pressure drops suddenly and then negative pressure appears; the velocity of oil-air mixture in gear meshing area is the highest, the combination of gear rotation and gravity has lead the lubricating oil slide into the flow channel to lubricate the gear.%针对某型髙速列车齿轮箱,建立其内部流场的理论计算模型,为获得齿轮箱内部流场的变化规律,利用流体仿真软件FLUENT对理论模型数值求解,在ANSYS的DM模块中建立齿轮箱内部流域的三维模型,通过加载UDF实现对齿轮转动的模拟,采用动网格、标准湍流仿真模型以及标准壁面函数法和VOF两相流模型对某工况齿轮箱内部流体流动进行仿真分析.结果表明:齿轮轮齿进入啮合瞬时,挤压箱内流体,使得压力增大;脱离啮合瞬时,齿轮轮齿附近容积增大,压力骤降出现负压;齿轮啮合处箱体内部流体瞬时流速最高;润滑油可以在齿轮搅油和重力作用下,进人流道对齿轮轴承进行润滑.
