建立高校多元化人才投入机制

摘要

According to National Plan for Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development（2010-2020）,the strategic theme of the Reform is to solve the problem-what kind of person should be cultivated and how to cultivate them.With college English Teaching in Shan-Xi province as a research platform,the paper discusses how universities and teachers could implement human-based scientific development outlook and achieve the goal of pluralistic talent cultivation based on the essentials.Also,an invested mechanism in terms of course arrangement,teaching strategies,teaching principles,teaching environment as well as teaching assessment is put forward.%《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010～2020年）》指出,我国教育改革的战略主题是＂解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人＂这一核心问题。以山西省高校大学英语教学实践为研究平台,探讨学校、教师在教学管理与教学实践中为落实《纲要》要求,贯彻以人为本的科学发展观,实现培养多元化人才目标,如何从课程设置、教学策略、教学理念、教学环境、教学评价五方面建立科学的多元化人才投入机制。
