小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎非发酵菌分布及耐药性分析

         

摘要

①目的探讨小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎(Ventilator -associated pneumonia, VAP)非发酵菌感染的分布特点及耐药情况。②方法回顾性分析入住唐山市妇幼保健院儿童重症监护室(PICU)61例 VAP 患儿的临床资料。③结果61例 VAP 患儿呼吸道分泌物培养出病原菌73株,其中非发酵菌32株,占43.8%,包括鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌、洋葱伯克霍尔德菌。④结论非发酵菌为小儿 VAP 的主要致病菌,且存在多重耐药性,临床医师应根据药敏结果合理选用抗生素,减少耐药菌株的产生。%Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of non -fermenting bacteria, that causing the ventilator -associated pneumonia(VAP) in children.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 61 pediatric patients with VAP,who were admitted to the PICU of Tang Shan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.Results Among 61 pediatric patients with VAP,there were 73 pathogenic microbial strains were isolated.Among of them, there were 32 strains of non -fermenting bacteria (43.8%), including Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Xanthomonas maltophilia,Pseudomonas cepacia.Conclusion The major pathogenic bacteria causing the VAP in children were non -fermenting bacteria,and they were multidrug -resistant.It is necessary for clinician to rationally sue the antibiotics on the basis of the drug suscep-tibility testing, in order to decrease the creation of drug resistant strain.
