①目的 探讨胚胎期暴露手机辐射对实验仔鼠血细胞计数的影响.②方法 手机辐射妊娠母鼠,分娩60天后取仔鼠尾血,分别计数外周血红细胞、白细胞及白细胞分类,处死仔鼠,测脾重系数.同时设胚胎期未暴露手机辐射的对照组.③结果 实验组仔鼠外周血红细胞计数和脾重系数与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);外周血白细胞数量和淋巴细胞比例低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).④结论 胚胎期暴露手机辐射导致动物外周血白细胞数量以及淋巴细胞比例降低,但对外周血红细胞计数以及脾重系数未产生影响.%Objective To explore the effect on blood cell counts of newborn mouse exposed to mobile phone radiation during embryo stage.Methods Pregnant mouse were exposed to mobile phone radiatiaon,tail blood of offsprings were collected 60 days after born.The counts of peripheral erythrocyte,leukocyte and its categorization were detected.Spleen-weight coefficient were caculated after the offsprings were killed.Meantime,mouse which no exposed to phone radiation were servied as control group.Results Compared to control group,the peripheral blood erythrocyte counts and Spleen-weight coefficient of experimental group had no statistical diffrence(P>0.05),while the peripheral blood leukocyte counts and proportion of lymphocyte in experimental group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exposed to cell phone radiation during embryo stage is most likely to reduce the mouse peripheral leukocyte and proportion of lymphocyte,but seeemingly have no effect on the counts of peripheral erythrocyte and spleen-weight coefficient.
