大采高综采面矿压显现规律及煤柱宽度优化研究

         

摘要

针对复杂地质条件下大采高综采工作面矿压显现及煤柱留设问题,以赵庄煤矿3号煤层5302工作面为研究对象,通过现场实测方法,揭示复杂地质条件下软煤层大采高开采的矿压显现规律及工作面合理煤柱宽度。研究结果表明:工作面基本顶初次来压步距为15.4~25 m,平均为21.4 m;来压期间支架平均工作阻力为5842.175 kN。基本顶周期来压呈分段局部来压,来压步距一般在5.3~13.7 m 左右,平均为8.9 m;来压期间支架工作阻力平均为5588.23 kN。根据数值模拟及现场观测数据确定5302工作面合理净煤柱宽度不应小于40 m 为宜。%In view of the problems of mine pressure appearance and the coal pillar design in large mining height fully mechanized working face under complicated geological conditions, taking No. 5302 working face of No. 3 coal seam in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine as the research object, the regularity of mine pressure appear-ance and the reasonable coal pillar width of large mining height in soft coal seam under complicated geological conditions are presented by means of field measurement. The results show that the average working distance of the basic top of the working face is 15. 4 ~ 25m, an average of 21. 4m; the average working resistance of the bracket is 5842. 175kN. The basic top period of the pressure is segmented partial pressure, the pressure step distance is generally about 5. 3 ~ 13. 7m, an average of 8. 9m, the pressure of the bracket is 5588. 23kN. According to the numerical simulation and field observation data, the reasonable net coal column width of 5302 working face should not be less than 40m.
