外痔切除缝合内痔结扎术治疗混合痔64例临床观察

摘要

目的：观察外痔切除缝合内痔结扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法：选取我院肛肠科128例混合痔患者，根据治疗方式及手术方法的不同平均分为对照组和治疗组，各64例，其中前者采用外痔切除缝合内痔结扎术，后者采用传统开放式外痔剥离术，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组的总治愈率都可达90％以上，P＞0．05，结果无显著意义。但比较术后患者创面恢复时间、大便是否困难情况、出血、水肿和感染等指标，对照组均优于治疗组，P＜0．05，结果有统计学意义。结论：混合痔患者通过行外痔切除缝合内痔结扎术后临床症状改善显著，并发症少，提高了患者生活质量。%Objective:To observe the clinical effects of external hemorrhoids excision and suture ligation of hemor-rhoids to cure the mixed hemorrhoids .Methods:To select the 128 mixed hemorrhoids patients of our hospital ,divided into control group and treatment group on average according to the difference of therapy method and operation method ,64 each group,the control group adopted the external hemorrhoids excision and suture ligation of hemorrhoids ,the treatment group a-dopted the traditional and open external piles decollement ,to observe the clinical effects of the two groups .Results:The total cure rate of the treatment group and control group both reached more than 90%,P>0.05,the result has no remarkable sig-nificance .But the control group is superior to treatment group in comparing the patients'wound surface recovery time、wheth-er the defecation has difficulty、bleeding、edema and infection etc after operation ,P<0.05,the result has significance .Con-clusion:The mixed hemorrhoids patients'clinical symptoms have remarkable improvement after external hemorrhoids excision and suture ligation of hemorrhoids ,less complication ,improving the patients'quality of life .
