经胼胝体-穹窿间入路切除第三脑室颅咽管瘤

摘要

Objective To introduce a transcallosal - interfornix approach for removing the tumors of the third ventricle. Methods 16 patients ( agee 6 to 67 years ) with third ventricle tumors were operated via the approach of transcalloal - interfornix. Results Under the operative microscope, the tumors were totally removed in 11 cases, subtotally in 3 cases, and partially in 2 cases, dead in 2 cases. Conclusion The transcallosal -interfornix approach is the most effective method to resect Craniopharyngioma of the third ventricle. The postoperative complications were rare.%目的 介绍和探讨经胼胝体-穹窿间入路切除第三脑室颅咽管瘤的手术入路.方法在10例尸头标本上进行显微解剖学研究,将此研究结果用于切除颅咽管瘤16例.结果 显微镜下全切除第三脑室颅咽管瘤11例,近全切除3例,大部切除2例,死亡2例.结论 该手术直视下操作,暴露良好,对瘤周正常结构损伤小,术后并发症少.
