The proposed invention relates medicine - namely, to dentistry. The object of the invention consists in that from vestibular side, from the neck of the tooth root to furcation without damaging of dentogingival attachment, the vertical incision of the mucous membrane of free gums is made, removal of two flaps with continuing formation in the gap between the level of anatomical tooth neck and attaching the connecting dentogingival to the area of the roots of the tooth-periodontal cervical canal, through which the treatment is perfomred, suturing of flaps of dissection or application ofprotective bandage.On the approximal side the cervical periodontal canal is formed without damaging of dentogingival pocket.The technical result is ensured by created conditions for access and treatment of inflammatory focus, limited root of the tooth, made it impossible to create pathological dentogingival pocket.
