实验室制备聚醋酸乙烯酯的影响因素探究

摘要

以醋酸乙烯酯（VAc）为单体,采用溶液聚合的方法制备聚醋酸乙烯酯（PVAc）.通过单因素的方法探究了引发剂用量、甲醇用量配比等因素对聚合物的转化率和固含量的影响.同时利用红外光谱仪和热重分析仪研究聚合物的结构和热性能.%Polyvinyl acetate was synthesized in solution polymerization system in laboratory.It emphasized the factors which would affect the conversion rate and solid content of polymerization product,such as：the different dosage of the initiator used and the methanol volume ratio.The structure and thermal properties of polymer was characterized by IR and the thermal analyzer.
