本文简要介绍了新时期宁波大学学生社区治理的现状，梳理了国内外学生住宿管理成功经验，提出了新型的高校学生社区治理组织机构、运行模式。本文认为学生社区治理要解决的根本问题不是所谓行政化还是自治化的矛盾，而是如何在加强社区管理、加强学生自我教育，使行政管理部门、后勤物业部门、学生自治体等多种力量在社区中得到有效“链合”。因此，目前学生社区党工委要进一步健全制度、协调发展，推动社区管理模式逐步从宿舍稳定为主的统治型管理转型为合作型的治理模式。%This paper introduces the present situation of the mangement of the university student community in Ningbo in the new era, discusses the success stories of student accommodation management at home and a- broad and introduces a new organizational and operational mode in this light. In addition, it holds that the key to solving the problem does not lie in the contradiction between administration and self- management, but in strengthening＇the community management as well as the self- education of the students so as to effectively in- tegrate such organizations as administrative management, logistics and student self- management. Therefore, the Party Working Committee of the student community shall perfect the system, coordinate the development and promote the transition of the community management mode from dormitory stability -oriented rule -based management to the cooperation -type management.
