This spatial isolation exacerbated the social distance between urban and rural residents, cured social stratification, led to the failure of urban public policy, which run counter to the urban governance under spatial-justice. Therefore, by constructing a reasonable social class structure, establishing a new mixed residential model and the rational urban development policies and other measures, the fair and justice of urban space governance can be achieved effectively.
