我国幼教先驱的幼儿教师研究思想述略

摘要

我国幼教先驱的幼儿教师研究思想主要体现在：从幼儿教师基于了解幼儿、改进教学和提升素养的需要，阐述了幼儿教师研究的价值；从幼儿教师要有研究的精神、要研究实际问题、要勤于做观察记录和要重视与同事开展合作式研究等，论述了幼儿教师开展研究的具体做法与思路。幼教先驱们关于幼儿教师研究方面的真知灼见，对当前更好推进幼儿教师研究工作健康有序的开展仍有较强的现实指导意义。%China’s early research on preschool education showed that much importance was attached to the needs of kindergarten teachers’ knowledge of children, teaching improvement and personal quality upgrade, and that ideas and concrete measures were considered in terms of teachers’ research devotion,problems probe,notes-taking and team collaboration. The pioneering insights suggest a sound direction towards today’s work on preschool education.
