在梳理现阶段高校领导干部职业发展体系构建中存在问题的基础上,探讨如何用科学的理论去对个人、组织两大范畴进行分析,进一步关注提高“人—能—岗”的匹配,明确个人和组织在职业发展中的角色和任务,通过目标整合方法分析内职业和外职业共同作用对领导干部的职业发展体系的影响,以实现组织和领导双赢的目标。%This paper aims to consider a scientific solution to the existing problems with the career development of leaders in the categories of individuals and organizations to improve the match of individual, capability and occupation. It also explicated the roles and tasks of individuals and organizations in career development and analyzed the joint effects of implicit and explicit occupations on the career development system through target integration so as to achieve a win-win target of both organizations and leaders.
