摘要

As one of the fundamental characteristics in Saussure＇ s theory of linguistic sign, arbitrariness is the basic viewpoint of the semiotics theory as well as the theoretical basis of the structuralism. This paper, starting from analyzing the cyber language, discusses the integration of absolute arbitrariness and relative arbitrariness of linguistic sign.
