The assessment of personnel training in higher vocational colleges has achieved good result after two assessments, but Some problems still exist, such as “Examination” and “one size fits all”, Imperfect assessment implementers, unscientific assessment procedures,which affects the effectiveness of the assessment to some extent. In order to promote the development of the assessment, we must reform the assessment procedures, improve assessment implementers, refine assessment index.%经过两轮评估,我国高职院校人才培养工作评估取得了不错成效,但依然存在“应试”与“一刀切”现象,评估主体不甚完善,评估程序不甚科学,评估指标仍显粗糙,在一定程度上影响了我国高职院校人才培养工作评估的科学性与有效性,须改革评估程序,完善评估主体,细化评估指标,重视区域与行业差异,以有效推动我国高职院校人才培养工作评估健康发展,为办出高水平、有特色的高职教育发挥正能量。
