大学生职业生涯规划辅导的有效模式研究——基于重庆市某高校280名学生5学期的职业生涯规划的实证分析

摘要

通过重庆市某高校的案例和数据分析可见,传统授课方法推行职业生涯规划难以满足学生的差异性和个性化要求,并且造成资源的浪费。在案例数据和实践经验基础上,整合资源,适应学生要求,提出＂一个主体＋二种课制＋三支队伍＋四个阶段＂的职业生涯规划辅导模式。%Through cases and data analysis of a certain college in Chongqing City, it is clear that car- rying out career planning by the traditional teaching methods is difficult to satisfy the students＇ needs be- cause of their differences and personalities, which causes waste of teaching resources. In order to meet the needs of college students and improve the effect of career planning, this article puts forward the pattern of career planning guidance of ＂a main body ＋ two class systems ＋ three teams ＋ four stages＂ based on case data, practical experience and integrated resources.
