目的：探讨血脂代谢和尿蛋白在子痫前期疾病中的关系及其意义。方法选择妊娠晚期的41例子痫前期孕妇和36名健康孕妇为研究对象，检测其血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、 LDL-C、HDL-C和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ VLDL-C）以及尿蛋白定量，分析血脂代谢与蛋白尿严重程度间的关系。结果尿蛋白重度升高的子痫前期孕妇的VLDL-C和甘油三脂水平均明显高于正常对照组（ P均＜0.01）。且子痫前期孕妇的VLDL-C和甘油三酯水平均与尿蛋白水平呈正相关。结论子痫前期重度蛋白尿患者体内可能存在脂代谢异常，应加强对该类患者血脂代谢情况的监测。%Objective To evaluate the relationship of blood lipid metabolism and proteinuria among preeclampsia patients.Methods Forty-one pregnant women with preeclampsia and 36 healthy pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy as control were enrolled.Serum levels of triglycerides , total cholesterol , low-density lipoproteins ( LDL ) , high-density lipoproteins ( HDL ) and very low density lipoproteins ( VLDL-C ) were determined and compared with 24 hours urine protein of all patients.Results The VLDL-C and triglycer-ide values of pregnant women with preeclampsia were significantly higher than those of the healthy pregnant women.There was a positive correlation between increased proteinuria , higher VLDL and triglyceride levels in patients with preeclampsia.Conclusion Among patients with preeclampsia , higher VLDL and triglyceride levels were positively correlated with proteinuria.
