非药物镇静结肠镜检查研究进展

摘要

Colonoscopy plays an important role in screening for colorectal cancer.Along with wide-spread use and increasingly advanced technique of colonoscopy,the population undergoing colonoscopy is dra-matically increasing every year.However,as an invasive procedure,colonoscopy would inevitably cause ab-dominal discomforts and mental anxiety to the patients.It has been demonstrated that female gender,elderly, low body mass index (BMI),history of abdominal or pelvic surgery,poor bowel preparation,constipation and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)are the factors influencing the abdominal discomforts and difficulty of operation during colonoscopy.In this paper,sedation-free colonoscopy is adopted to ease abdominal pain and enhance the success rate of colonoscopy.%结肠镜检查在大肠癌的筛查中起着重要作用。随着肠镜检查的普遍开展，肠镜技术日益成熟，每年肠镜检查的需求也急剧增长。然而，肠镜检查作为一项侵入性检查，不可避免会引起患者腹部不适感和焦虑情绪。研究表明影响肠镜检查腹部不适和操作难度的因素有女性、高龄、低BMI、盆腹部手术史、肠道准备差、便秘和肠易激综合征（IBS）。因此，内镜医生们提供了多种非药物镇静方式以减轻患者腹部不适感，提高肠镜检查成功率。
