经腹超声对1000名健康体检者前列腺体积的测量及其与年龄的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨经腹超声测量的前列腺体积与年龄的相关性。方法按年龄层次将1000名血清前列腺特异性抗原正常的健康男性分成4组，即25～35岁、36～45岁、46～55岁、56～65岁组，采用经腹超声的方法测量前列腺径线，通过前列腺体积公式 V ＝0.52×前后径×左右径×上下径，计算出其体积，并分析前列腺体积与年龄的相关性。结果25～35岁、36～45岁、46～55岁、56～65岁4个年龄组的前列腺体积分别为（15.9±5.0）、（20.2±4.9）、（23.1±6.6）、（27.4±7.0） cm3，年龄与前列腺的体积呈正相关（rs ＝0.970，P ＜0.01）。结论临床上在诊断前列腺疾病以及评价前列腺疾病预后时，应考虑到年龄这个必不可少的因素。%Objective To analyze the correlation between volume of prostate detected by trans-ab-dominal ultrasound and age.Methods A total of 1 000 healthy adults with nonmd serum PSA were were di-vided into four groups based on age (25-35,35-45,46-55,56-65 years).The diameter of the prostate was measured by trans-abdominal ultrasound.The volume of prostate was calculated according to the formula (vol-ume =0.52 ×the average width ×the length ×the height).The correlation between age and volume of pros-tate were analyzed.Results The mean volume of prostate in the 25-35,36-45,46-55 and 56-65 years age group was (15.9 ±5.0),(20.2 ±4.9),(23.1 ±6.6)and (27.4 ±7.0)cm3 ,respectively.And the vol-ume of prostate was positively correlated with age (rs =0.970,P <0.01).Conclusion Age is an essential factor when making clinical diagnosis and prognosis of prostate diseases.
