The structure and preparation of carbon nanotubes,graphenes and nano-carbon material/polymer nanocomposites have been reviewed. Meanwhile the effects on thermal and electrical conductivities of nanocomposites were anayzed. At last,some factors including selection of appropriate fillers,surface modification and interfacial interactions between polymer matrix and fillers are summarized to be important to improve thermal and electrical conductivities of nano-carbon material/polymer nanocomposites .%对碳纳米管、石墨烯的结构特征、制备方法以及与聚合物复合的制备方法进行了综述,同时分析了影响复合材料热导率、电导率的若干因素。在此基础上总结出:填料的选择及表面修饰改性、复合材料的界面合情况等方面深入研究是进一步提高复合材料电、热性能的有效途径。
