This article introduces the implementation background and related policies of demand response in China, and analyzes the pilot situation and experience of demand response throughout China. The pilot situation includes the electricity price policies and implementation situations of demand response in respective place of China. Aimed at demand response in China, the development trends and prospects are given and several related implementation suggestions are proposed. It suggest that the demand response work be continuously promoted and researched, especially for implementation of automatic demand response, under “Internet +”smart energy background of China, so as to further improve users’ participation enthusiasm and accelerate the development of smart grid in China.%本文介绍了我国需求侧响应的实施背景及相关政策，分析我国各地需求响应试点情况及经验，包括各地的电价政策及实施情况和各地的需求响应执行情况。分析了我国需求响应发展存在的趋势，给出了发展展望并提出相应的对策建议，认为在我国“互联网+”智慧能源背景下，应持续开展需求响应推广与研究工作，尤其是实施自动需求响应，以进一步提高用户参与积极性，加快我国智能电网的发展。
