自媒体环境下开展高校思想政治教育工作的路径研究

摘要

The development of we-media has provided the universities’ideological and political education with new per-spective and means.On the one hand,its information dissemination feature “multiple interaction,rapid reach and strong sense of participation”has brought the new opportunity of accelerating development for such education.On the other hand,its open-ing feature has brought the new challenge for it.According to the we-media’s features,dissemination paths and the platform’ s characteristics,this paper holds that the political and ideological educators of universities should change their traditional con-ceptions,improve their ability education through media,build the official platform for the political and ideological education, construct a network for information collection and feedback,explore an urgent 020 mechanism (online and offline interaction), and expand the teaching staff of such education.Through these means,they can increasingly improve and innovate the means and modes for the political and ideological education of universities under the we-media environment.%随着自媒体的发展为高校思想政治教育工作提供了新的视角和手段。一方面，其“多元交互、传播迅速、参与感强”等信息传播特点，在为高校思想政治教育工作带来加速度发展的机遇，另一方面，其“开放性的普遍特征”给高校思想政治教育工作带来新的挑战。本文结合对自媒体特性、传播路径、平台特征的研究，提出高校思想政治教育工作者要通过改变观念，提升媒介素质教育能力，建立官方自媒体思想政治教育平台，搭建信息收集和反馈网络，探索“O2O”，即线上线下双向联动的应急机制，拓展高校思想政治教育队伍等手段，不断改进和创新自媒体环境下高校思想政治教育工作路径和模式。
