目的 探讨多元化专科护士培训模式在神经内科专科护士培训中的应用效果.方法 2016年1月至2016年12月上海长海医院对25名神经内科工作的护士进行培训,制定培训计划,按计划进行专业理论、专科技能等培训并定期考核,比较培训前后护士专科理论及技能操作考核成绩、护士对疾病相关知识的知晓率、患者对护理服务的满意度.结果 实施培训后护士专科理论及技能操作考核成绩均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后护士对疾病相关知识的知晓率及患者对护理服务的满意度均明显提高(P<0.05).结论 多元化培训模式可提高神经内科专科护士专科理论及技能操作水平,加强其对专科知识的掌握,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广.%Objective To discuss the efficiency of the application of diversified training mode in the training of professional nurses in the neurology department .Methods Twenty-five nurses of the Neurology Department received professional training from Jan-uary to December, 2016.A special training program was developed , specialized theory and technical training was given and regular ex-aminations or checks were conducted as well .Scores of professional theory and skill , knowledge of related diseases and rate of patient satisfaction with nursing service were compared before and after training .Results After training , the scores of specialized theory and manipulation were significantly increased , and statistical significance could be noted , as compared with those before training ( P <0.01), and the knowledge of related diseases and the rate of patient satisfaction were also improved after training (P <0.05). Conclusion Diversified training could significantly improve the specialized theory and manipulation of the nurses of the Neurology De -partment , enhance mastery of related professional knowledge and more importantly improve the rate of patient satisfaction .For this rea-son, it was worth further clinical promotion .
