结合可靠性和维修性的概念,对舰船健康状态评估的相关概念进行了分析,并对健康状态和健康度的概念进行了探讨和改进.提出了单个舰载装备和由多个装备组成的装备系统的健康状态评估方法,引入了"任务健康度"的概念.最后,根据舰船执行不同任务的实际需求,将全舰健康状态的概念引入到舰船的使用和维修保障中,提出了舰船各系统的健康状态标准图,使其能够更为直接地判断舰船各系统的健康状态水平、完成不同任务的能力以及对应的保障需求状态.%Based on the concepts of reliability and maintainability, this paper dealt with the concepts concerning the assessment and improvement of the health of ships, presented a method for evaluating the health conditions of the equipment system consisted of a single piece of equipment and many pieces of equipment, and introduced the concept of mission health value. Furthermore, according to the actual conditions of navy vessels, the concept of navy vessel′s health conditions was introduced into ship′s operation and maintenance. The health standards were proposed to judge the degree of health,the abilities to complete different missions, and the requirements conditions of support.
