超高压共轨系统燃油喷射控制

     

摘要

为实现超高压燃油喷射,设计了采用两位三通电磁阀控制的燃油增压器,并分析了其工作原理;利用AM ESim建立了燃油增压器的仿真模型,分析了燃油增压器的动态特性以及关键参数对其性能的影响;建立了超高压共轨系统的仿真模型,研究了超高压喷射条件下的喷油特性以及喷油规律控制。研究结果表明:超高压共轨系统通过控制燃油增压器可获得超高压燃油,通过控制燃油增压器电磁阀和喷油器电磁阀的工作时序,可灵活改变喷油率形状,获得更加灵活的喷油规律。%In order to achieve ultrahigh pressure fuel injection ,a fuel pressure amplifier controlled by the two‐position three‐way solenoid valve is designed ,and its working principle is analyzed .The AM ESim is used to establish a simulation model of the fuel pressure amplifier to analyze its dynamic characteristics and the influence of relative parameters on its performance .And a simulation model of the ultrahigh pressure common rail system is established to study the injection characteristic and injec‐tion rate control under the condition of ultrahigh pressure injection .The results show that the ultra‐high pressure common rail system can get ultrahigh pressure fuel by controlling the fuel pressure am‐plifier and change the injection rate flexibly by controlling the w orking time sequence of the amplifier valve so as to make a more flexible control of fuel injection .
