Aiming at the problems of complex structure and high cost of the hydraulic brake used in the blocker,a novel liquid-cooled eddy current aircraft carrier arrestingcable system based on eddy current braking is proposed.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the arresting cable system are introduced,and the magnetic circuit of the eddy current brake is analyzed.Secondly,the three-dimensional transient electromagnetic field is analyzed by finite element method,and the performance curve of braking is obtained.Finally,the prototype is designed and analyzed.The results show that the new aircraft carrier arresting cable system can make a carrier aircraft (30 000 kg) slow down from 300 km/h to zero in 1.92 s,which meets the aircraft landing braking requirement.%针对目前阻拦机采用的液力制动器结构复杂、成本高昂问题,提出了一种采用电涡流制动原理的新型液冷式电涡流航母阻拦索系统.首先,介绍了该阻拦索系统的结构与工作原理,并分析了电涡流制动器的磁路;然后,采用有限元法对三维瞬态电磁场进行分析,得到制动性能曲线;最后,对样机进行了设计和分析.结果表明:新型航母阻拦索系统能使质量30 000 kg的飞机在1.92 s内从速度300 km/h降到0,满足舰载机的着舰制动要求.
