为解决雷达威力预报中舰载平台风速测量问题,首先针对超声波测风仪在舰载平台上因舰船晃动和运动造成的测量误差进行了建模,并给出了误差修正方法;然后,对超声波测风仪在倾斜条件下测量误差进行了仿真,研究了风速对波导高度、雷达探测距离以及电磁波传播衰减的影响;最后进行了实验验证,结果表明:预报相对误差小于 20%的概率高达 80%.由此表明:该方法可有效修正舰艇运动造成的风速测量误差,显著提高威力预报精度.%Aiming at the problem of wind speed measurement in radar power prediction,a modifica-tion method of wind speed based on ship motion is proposed.The deviation of the measured wind speed result caused by ship motion is analyzed and modeled.The modification method is proposed and tested by simulation and experiment.And the influence of the wind speed on the duct height,propaga-tion loss and prediction range is studied and analyzed.In the end,the experiment of radar coverage de-tection is conducted and analyzed.The result shows that the wind speed error caused by ship motion can be modified by this method,and the relative error of prediction result is limited in 20% with 80%probability by this method,which greatly enhances the prediction accuracy.
