炭还原法治理石油流化催化裂化催化剂再生烟气中氮氧化物研究

     

摘要

Nox emissions from the regenerator of a fluid catalytic cracking unit makes up a main part of the total NO, refinery emissions. Experimental tests on NO, reduction by coal burning. The coal was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and BET. The effect that under different temperature^space velocity and oxygen content to efficiency has been investigated. The results show the conversion reach 95 % at 700℃、6% O2、5 000 h-1 meanwhile the composition of the simulated flue gas has been analyzed and the coal wastage has been calculated. By this means we design the process with desulfuration and denitration of flue gas.%采用炭还原法治理石油流化催化裂化催化剂再生烟气中氮氧化物,对还原炭进行了热重分析和BET表征,在模拟烟气上考察了反应温度,空间速度和氧气含量对氮氧化物转化率的影响,并进行了综合实验,在700℃、O2含量为6%、5 000 h-1的空速下,转化率达到95%,同时分析了烟气的主要成分并计算其炭消耗量,据此设计了流化催化裂化催化剂再生烟气脱硝的流程.
