论回归教学研究的原点

     

摘要

Exploration, which is the nature is education, decides that no standardized strategies or tactics can fully explain all phenomena or solve all problems in education. The pedagogy research is essential to the improvement of teaching. The pedagogy research is a unique inquiry which focuses on real scenes and problem solving. The teaching activity is full of complexities and does not allow simple applications of stereotyped research methods. Thus, the pedagogy research shall take full consideration of the complexities of really situations and aim at solving real problems with any method that lends itself to the real needs. Case studies, narrative studies, action studies and retrospections are suggested as the main forms of the pedagogy research.%探究是教学活动的本性,教学情境的复杂化决定了任何单一的程序、策略和方法都难以充分解读教学现象和解决教学问题。提升教学质量的关键是开展教学研究,合乎教学活动本性的教学研究是基于真实情境和问题解决的现场探究,而不是简单套用常规研究方法。它必须直面教学活动的复杂性,以问题解决为旨趣,不拘固定的形式和手段,案例研究、叙事研究、行动研究、反思等是其主要形式。
