新建本科院校国际性人才培养模式分析

     

摘要

In their efforts to upgrade teaching, research and culture, colleges that have been newly authorized to provide four-year undergraduate programs need the top-level designs on the state level. At the same time, top-level designing on the college level is essential. In designing curricula aiming at cultivating international oriented talents, they should learn from the successful experiences of their counterparts in developed countries. They should also clarify the standards, aims, core courses, routes and approaches of education. They colleges management and faculty should make concerted efforts to conduct the reforms and to promote education quality.%新建本科院校要落实“育人为本、教学为重、科研为基、文化为魂”的新诉求,除了国家层面上的“顶层设计”外,自身也要有人才培养模式的“顶层设计”。在架构国际性人才培养框架方法论的支撑上,应从发达国家高等教育国际化的管理实践中吸取先进经验,要明确国际性人才培养的规格、目标、核心知识点、途径、方式等,上下互动,有序有力有效地推进国际性人才培养模式的改革和国际教育质量的提升。
